"Helpful in the end, just a bit slow"
I don’t remember all the back-and-forth, but I do remember waiting longer than I thought I would for a reply. Once customer service did get back to me, they were polite and answered my question, so it turned out fine. Overall not a bad experience, I just wish the responses had come a little quicker...

"The shop itself was okay and the..."
The shop itself was okay and the communication wasn’t bad, but I do feel like they could’ve handled the tracking better. It updated late, so I was left guessing more than I should’ve been. To be fair, I did get my package in the end, but the lack of clear updates made the whole thing a bit more frustrating than necessary.

"Felt a bit like a bait and switch"
I was disappointed when my order showed up. The box was super flimsy and completely crushed by the time it got to me. Thankfully the items inside somehow survived, but the packaging was nowhere near what I expected. It gave me that bait-and-switch feeling, like the product might be fine, but the care and presentation definitely didn’t match what I thought I was paying for

"Great selection, which is exactly what I need"
I shop on vivantis.sk mostly because they have so much stuff in one place. Perfumes, cosmetics, watches, gifts, I can usually find what I need without wasting time jumping between different sites, which I don’t have the patience for. The selection is really good, it’s easy to browse, and I often end up finding something extra too

"Good prices compared to other shops"
I ended up ordering from vivantis.sk because the price was better than a few other places I checked. Compared with some similar shops, it felt like a good deal, and the product arrived just as expected.
I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars because the delivery could have been a little quicker, but for the money, I’m happy with it. If the price is still better next time I’m comparing options, I’d probably order again.

"Fine overall, though I mostly remember the messy bits"
Vivantis was okay to use, from what I remember. The checkout part went smoothly enough, so that didn’t really stick out as a problem. What I do remember is spending longer than expected trying to find a couple of products, and the filters weren’t always super obvious. Some pages felt a bit crowded too. It’s not a bad site, just one of those shops that works fine but could be easier to move around...

"The discounts felt kind of misleading"
I placed an order mostly because I had a promo code, but once I got to checkout, it barely applied to anything I actually wanted. Maybe they exclude a lot of items on purpose, I don’t know, but it definitely wasn’t clear upfront. I also noticed some of the sale prices looked a little different when I came back later, which made the whole thing feel a bit off. Delivery was fine, so no real issue there, but the discounts were confusing enough that I’d only give it 2 stars.

"These guys took forever with my return"
I sent my return in and then just waited around way longer than I should have for the refund. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah, the refund crew definitely didn’t impress me.

"Something felt off, so I escalated it"
The product didn’t feel genuine to me when it arrived. The packaging and overall quality just seemed a bit off, so I reached out to the seller first. When I didn’t get a clear answer, I ended up escalating the complaint to customer support because I wasn’t comfortable keeping it without some confirmation

"Got the wrong perfume size??"
I ordered a specific perfume size, but when my package showed up, it was a different one?? Kind of frustrating because it’s not what I paid for or expected. Not very happy with this experience

"Slower than I’m used to, but everything arrived fine"
I ordered from vivantis.sk and the package did arrive in the end, just not as quickly as I expected. Compared to some other shops I’ve used, the delivery felt a bit slower and took a few extra days. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was a little annoying since I was hoping to get it sooner. The tracking worked well enough, and everything came in good condition, so overall it was okay, just not the fastest delivery experience for me

"They had most of what I needed"
I stopped in and they had most things in stock. There were a couple items I could not find, but overall the stock was okay and I was able to get what I needed.
